What personal data upzilla.online collects, why, who processes it and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
upzilla.online is a free resource of Upzilla, the uptime monitoring service, and is run by the Upzilla team: Upzilla.co, registered as Robosoft LLC (Robosoft sp. z o.o.), ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland. The company is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.

Forms
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We use the address only to tell you when custom checks open up (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us). The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; our team also gets a short Telegram note (Telegram Messenger Inc.) for each new sign-up. We delete the list once the launch announcement has been sent, or your address earlier if you ask us to.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages, protect the site from attacks and keep short-lived logs (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address when the page loads. Both providers may process data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to dataprotection@upzilla.co. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Changes
We update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
